Sebastian Ruiz of Tamari Winery will be on hand to introduce you to delicious wines from Mendoza. Sebastián has participated in crushes in France and the US, which provided him with the opportunity to develop knowledge based on new technologies in winemaking, soils, and climate types. Sebastián’s excellent record for quality winemaking was recognized when he was made winemaker at TAMARÍ in January 2005 where he produces some of the finest Argentine wines today.
