Restaurant by the glass.  Villa Sparina Gavi di Gavi 2007. It was fine for what it is. Touch of sweetness on the nose and palate. Nice green apple aroma, light acidity and slight minerality. Not going to set the world on fire, but at $10 for a glass with dinner it was ok. The acidity was a bit low, leaving the wine flabby and I don't care for that much residual sugar in my Gavi/Cortese. Some do. Not me.

 Drink this wine, if its on the list and there's nothing better.
